To get started, simply register for an account based on your role (Landlord, Broker, Agent, or Tenant). Once registered, you can begin using the platform's features tailored to your needs.

Calonex offers various subscription plans based on the number of units you manage. Plans range from 1-4 units to 100+ units, with pricing that scales accordingly. Visit the subscription page to see detailed plan information.

After logging in, navigate to "Book of Business" and click "Add Property". You'll be guided through a step-by-step process to add property information, units, amenities, and availability schedules.

The referral program allows existing users to refer new brokers, agents, tenants, or property owners. When a referral leads to a successful transaction within 180 days, the referrer becomes eligible for rewards.
